Regular Registration Cancellation Policy
If you cannot attend, written notification must be received at least 10 working days prior to the conference. You may either send a substitute or receive a refund minus a $75.00 processing fee if your request is received before the 10 day cancellation period. No refunds will be granted after the 10 day notice period for any reason. In the event of bad weather, viral infection or if the conference is cancelled, the Florida Remediation Conference is not responsible for nonrefundable travel fares or lodging, nor will Florida Remediation Conference issue refunds for registrations, exhibits, sponsorships, event activities or any associated fees.
VIP Registration Cancellation Policy
Because we will be sending VIP Registrants the pre-registered database containing full contact information, once the database is distributed there will be no refunds. If cancellation is requested prior to the VIP Database being distributed, the Regular Registration Cancellation Policy above applies.
Sponsorship/Exhibit Cancellation Policy
Because we will be promoting your firm/organization on our web site, in our promotional emails and our Facebook Fan Page and LinkedIn Group Page no refunds will be given for cancellations. You may request a credit for a future Florida Remediation Conference event if the request is received 30 days in advance of the current event. In the event of bad weather, viral infection or if the conference is cancelled, the Florida Remediation Conference is not responsible for nonrefundable travel fares or lodging, nor will Florida Remediation Conference issue refunds for registrations, exhibits, sponsorships, event activities or any associated fees.
